There was screaming all around. I ran outside and Stefan and Derek were fighting rogues. One had Carley and Carter lost it. Carter screamed and she turned bright red and the rogue that was holding Carley dropped dead. Stefan and Derek killed off the rest. Before I could get to Carley, Ryker had already picked her up. I ran to Carter and kneeled in front of her.
"Hey baby are you ok?" I asked her
"Yeah m'fine" She says
"What happened?" I asked her
"That bad guy had Carley. I thought about his bones breaking so he would drop her and it happened" She said crying
"Baby that's amazing. No need to be sad about it. Can you show auntie cammie how you did that. You can try it on me. Think about breaking my finger" I tell her
She nods not sure but does it. Soon I feel my finger start to hurt.
