Chapter -72

Rajveer and Anisha sleep peacefully. But his sleep got disturbed because of his phone. He took it from the side table and saw it was Roy who was calling him late at night. Rajveer sat in bed and looked at Anisha, who had a frown on her forehead after hearing his mobile ringing. Rajveer creased her forehead and she immediately relaxed with his touch. Rajveer took the call.

"Yes Roy, why did you call so late?" Rajveer asked him.

"Sorry to disturb your sleep, sir. But it's very important. Mr Manish Sharma got admitted to the hospital. I got the information from our guards. So I there call you to inform you" as soon as he is there. Rajveer got up from bed. He looked tense.

"Thanks, Roy, to which hospital is he admitted?" Rajveer asked him.

"City hospital" he replied from the other side.

Rajveer cut the call and looked at Anisha. She was sleeping peacefully. How can he tell her about Dada Ji? But he couldn't hide her from that. She would get hurt that he would hide such things from her.

He moved to her and sat in bed.

"Baby, Jaan get up..." He said softly. She slowly opened her eyes and looked at him.

"Veer what happened?" She asked while sitting in bed. Rajveer looked at her. How did he go to tell her? But he needs to.

"Baby, listen to me carefully," he said. Anisha gave him a confused look.

"Veer tell me what happened?" She asked him.

"Baby let's go." He said and took his wallet. Anisha also got up. She didn't know what Rajveer was doing.

"Veer where are we going? Let me change at least" she said, but Rajveer didn't listen to her. Anisha is wearing. Top and pyjamas. But she stole her from her couch and covered herself.

Rajveer makes her sit in the car. Then he took the driving seat.

"Veer please tell me," she asked him again.

"Baby..relax, I will tell you everything." He said and looked at Anisha. She turned her face to the lookout. Because late that night he was taking her out. From looking at his face, I knew something was wrong with him. She is feeling scared.

Anisha moved forward and looked at the Manish from the glass window. He is lying in bed with so many wires attached to him. Tears fell from her eyes. She remembers last night. How was he upset about something? How did he bless her? After Anisha's parents, her grandfather took her full custody. He never left any chance to make her feel alone. Now he is suffering. Anisha loves him so much. She doesn't want to see him in this condition. Rajveer came forward and held her by the shoulder. She looked at him with tears filled eyes.

Rajveer pulled her in his arms. He hugged her tightly.

"Veer.. grandfather " she cried hard in his arms. Rajveer kissed her on her head.

"Shh, it's ok. He will be fine" he said, and consoled her.

Anisha was in his arms for some time. Today she feels like she is losing something in her life. She felt like this when she lost her parents. She hugged Rajveer more tightly. Rajveer crested her Head.

"Baby, please don't cry like that. I will hurt, gen I see tears in your eyes, Jaan.", he said, and wiped her tears.

"Nothing will happen to him, trust me Jaan, I will talk with the doctor. Everything will be fine" he said, and kissed her on the forehead.

They turned and saw Namratha and Randhir coming towards them running. They are worried about Anisha.

"Raj...what happened?" Randhir asked him. Namratha looked at Anisha and hugged her.

"Dad, he is in the ICU. I will talk with the doctor he said. Anisha started crying loudly in Namratha's arms, who consoled her. Everyone knows how much Anisha is attached to her dada Ji.

"Anisha, baccha, don't worry, everything will be fine," Namratha said, and Anisha looked at her with hope in her eyes.

Randhir took Rajveer away and talked with him. They saw Vikash was coming. He looked at them but didn't say anything. He came to his wife, who was sitting with so much worry on her face.

Anisha saw her uncle. She hugged Namratha more tightly. She knew something was wrong with them. Because when she met her grandfather last time, he was very worried.

They saw a doctor come out of the wards. Everyone ran to him. Rajveer stood beside Anisha to support her.
