Damon POV I laid with Raine until she was sound asleep, her breathing slowed to the beat of her heart. I got out of bed to see if Lyam had come home with Raine’s kitten. It sounds strange, a werewolf having a kitten. In reality it's very normal, everyone in the town has a pet of their own. Some pack members have rabbits, some own dogs, we are more like normal people than we are werewolves. I always find it amusing when I see a wolf and a dog on a walk playing like they are one of the same. Lyam hadn’t come back yet but I wasn’t really bothered as long as he came back with my card and Raines kittens, sometimes the guy was a handful but he is a great beta.
