  Layla's POV   "This place was always yours," Giovani said matter of factly as he opened the folder and held it out for me to take.   Inside, the deed lay stamped and sealed with my name stood at the top of the document in bold print. Layla Pearson.   I stared at it in disbelief and the paper blurred in front of me as I blinked away the hot, angry tears that threatened to fall.
