"f*****g i***t, wolf would have been more appropriate," Freja sniffed irritably.
"Cool it Miss Snark, it's the same thing. Predators don't bother with the opinions of prey, I assumed the meaning was pretty self evident." I snapped back just as irritably.
I refused to deal with her attitude just because Kian's pack's antics had pissed her off. It was nothing to do with me anymore.
"Then you should have said that." Freja snarled, showing no signs of cooling off at all and I narrowed my eyes at her dangerously.
"Since when do I need to spell out the meaning of simple things for you? Did your brain stop functioning entirely because you're too busy making googoo eyes at Monsieur Loup?"
