"Concede?" I scoffed, and laughed, the sound startling Nicole as the fury I felt leeched into it. "Are you f*****g insane? You want us to concede because he broke a few of our projects like f*****g cowards?"
"Do you want the buyout or not?" Nicole snapped, "Do you want both of our families fortunes to crumble because you refuse to swallow your stupid pride and continue to convince yourself that you can win Layla back? You have Chelsea…you don't need Layla…"
My wolf laughed and there was a hint of madness in his voice too.
"Go ahead and sign the paper so that everyone who is anyone in this f*****g city can call you the Alpha who folded and offered his belly when his wrist was snapped by a foreign rival."
