  Kian's POV   I could feel the irritation coiling inside of me as I called all of the senior staff on the board into the conference room and closed the glass door behind me. I glared out of the expansive windows at the city that lay under gray cloud as I moved across to the table, every expectant face turned to me, waiting for me to speak.
