I darted out of the house on Monday morning without even bothering to have breakfast, scared that Alice would somehow take one look at my face and figure out what I was up to all night.
Many times throughout the night, I was tempted to touch myself but somehow, I was able to restrain myself. Sure it might have felt good in the moment but I knew myself and once that s****l haze passed, I was only going to kick myself for being too weak to resist the temptation.
Unfortunately, that meant I didn’t get much sleep since I spent most of the night tossing and turning.
