I was so f*****g tired by the time the jet landed and all I wanted to do was take a hot shower, eat, and sleep for as long as possible.
Thankfully, I had done the first two but I had missed the f**k out of Melanie and didn’t want to go to bed without seeing her first.
I knew she was with, Ari so I was prepared for her to be home late. In a way, I was glad she was getting along with my sister. I needed her to feel her comfortable with me and her new reality and had an inkling that the best way to make that happen was through, Ari.
