AJ'S P. O. V. I'm laying on top of my sleeping bag in my tent and reading through my tattered spell book when I hear Dani calling my name from a distance. I was not expecting her to come looking for me today. Doesn't she have to be home for dinner tonight? At least, that's what she told me this morning during breakfast. "AJ! AJ!" she calls again, but it sounds like she's walking further away from me now. I quickly sit up and go to unzip my tent. "This way, Dani!" I shout back. I hear her footsteps approaching then see her coming through some thicket to stand in front of my tent. "I need your help," she says nervously. "What is it?" She sighs and points at my tent. "Can I come in?" I nod and move to the side so she has space to crawl in next to me. I zip the tent closed again as
