TYLER'S P. O. V. I feel a burning sensation in my chest and, though my eyelids are feeling so damn heavy, I manage to open them. I gasp and roll over, clutching my chest and trying to steady my breathing. It feels like I've just resurfaced after holding my breath under water for what feels like an eternity. Once I'm sure that I'm okay, I take in my surroundings. I'm laying on my side in a bed and the room is mostly dark except for a little light shining in from the door on the opposite side of the room that stands slightly ajar (I assume it leads to a bathroom).
