CHAPTER 9
Jude looked at Rance and could see the struggle going on within the big tough warrior. Rance was the Enforcer of the group. He was used to knocking heads together, not talking feelings and fluff. However, this conversation had nothing to do with D.O.A. and had everything to do with them and their future. A future Jude wanted.
"Did you ever wonder why it was that it was Smoky that saved me when I was a baby, Rance?"
