  He has vanished again.   Rio only sent apology flowers and a voicemail saying he was sorry.   I hadn't seen him since.   I didn't want to, even if I still needed him to carry on the charade about my baby's paternity.   After reading a seemingly heartwarming message my mum had sent to check up on me, after avoiding her for weeks, I clicked my phone shut and scooped more food onto my plate.
