Vengeance's Call

Chapter 6: Duty to protect the weak and innocent.

I jump backwards after the greed sin jumps straight towards me. I send a red beam of energy straight towards him, but he extends his hand, and it gets absorbed. How? How can he absorb my damn attacks? This isn't fair! I dodge the beam that he sends right back at me. He absorbed the attack and sent it back.

Is that his ability of greed? This likely means I have to use attacks that he can't absorb... I send a s***h straight towards his neck, but he jumps upwards and manages to take it in his leg. NOW! I slice straight towards his head, but he ducks and punches me in the gut before sending me flying. I lost my sword! Dammit!

It lands near Leto as he gasps in fear. I jump back at greed, trading blow for blow with fists. Eylul arrives on the scene and attacks, but he manages to dodge before punching her across the face. NO! SHE GOT HIT, DAMMIT! I manage to land a punch straight to his face as he gets sent flying into an old bar as some rotting wood falls before he sends a piece of wood straight at my face. I can't move in time. It's coming straight at my face. Is this the end?

Leto appears in front of me and slices straight through the wood before sending a s***h with my spiritual blade, his spiritual energy nearly being stronger than the greed sin. They continue fighting as his spiritual sword lights on fire as he stabs the greed sin straight through the neck. Leto gets thrown flying near me ,but I grab him out of the air and set him on the ground. The sin of greed is on the ground, but he's regenerating fast. I have to finish him now! I grab the blade, it glows red as I jump at him, the blade glowing red and I unleash my strongest attack. The red explosion appears as the sin of greed vanishes. He's been turned to dust.
