“…she meant what she said…” Stacy snapped, and crossed her leg over the other.
“Stay out of this or keep your mouth shut, Stacy!” Declan raised his voice at her and that seemed to have angered her. She stood up, and faced us, with her hands crossed.
The look on her eyes had changed completely, she looked like a different person now.
“We ain’t the only enemy you have…” She was talking to me. “How about you check the house of the other enemies. She might be there, I’m sure we ain’t the one after you or Isra.”
“You did agree that you’re after her…”
She shrugged her shoulders. “Too bad someone took her before we did.”
I took a step closer to them. “If anything happens to Isra, and we found out you had something to do with it, you are going to pay with your lives.”
