Ning Changjiu unbolted the door, causing the dust to drop. After the door was opened, an old woman with a stick was found standing outside.
The old woman had grey hair and a haggard face. She was thin and stooped slightly. Her cheekbones were prominent and the corners of her lips were a bit saggy. The wrinkles on her dry face just looked like the creases of the lotus leaves.
She raised her head and stared at the young man in white with whitish and turbid eyes, saying tremblingly, "Is Mr. Ning back?"
