Chapter 1
Long Ago, The Four Lands were one realm called Abedon.
Abedon was ruled by a powerful Light called Mira.
Mira created the Elements, Fire, Air, Water and Earth.
The elements lived in harmony and served mankind well.
As mankind grew and spread out in the realm, Mira created Lands and gave the gift of the elements to men.
She divided the people into 4 Lands and picked 3 men from each Land.
She placed the source of the elements within them by marking them with the symbols of the element they received making them gods.
They were revered and respected by their people and were made Royal Chiefs.
The 12 men made up A council that ruled the Lands with Mira.
All was well in the realm until a Fire Chief, Tofi grew Greedy. He believed that all the other elements were inferior to Fire and decided to kill Mira and rule all the Lands.
The other Fire Chiefs did not agree with him and so on their way to Mira's Palace one day, he poisoned them and harnessed their powers, making him very strong.
strong enough to kill Mira who would appear in flesh for the meeting.
He attacked the other Chiefs and Mira and shot Fire straight to Mira's heart.
On seeing this, An Earth Chief , Li sacrificed himself and attacked Tofi while the others killed him.
Mira's Light began to grow dim and the power left her
the Sky Lands were moved to the sky, the water lands to the depths of the sea and Earth Lands remained on Land.
The Fire Lands were cursed to live beneath the earth, entrapped forever.
Mira gathered the Chiefs to address them .
“I regret giving powers to men. But the spirits
have become one with your blood and separating you from them will kill you .
For the sacrifice of Li, I will not take the powers away but when the blood of the sky joins with the heart of the earth ,The kingdoms shall either unite once again or fall. Leave me to die in peace. “
As they left her Chambers, she held on to a water chief, Mian and spoke to her.
“TAKE MY BODY TO YOUR LANDS. KEEP IT IN YOUR TEMPLE. SHE WILL NEED IT.
A DAUGHTER OF LI WILL ARISE 5000 YEARS FROM NOW WHEN SHE IS OF AGE. She will wield powers not yet known to man and she will rule the realm, uniting it or dividing it for all time. SHARE THIS WITH ONLY YOUR WATER CHIEFS.NOW Go. Tell the others quickly and prepare .”
Mian bowed and left quickly to tell the others but what they did not know, was that A Sky Chief Ziel was Listening….
The Water Chiefs kept an oath to never share the prophecy with anyone else and the council hoped they could appease Mira even in death by being united.
To do this,
They gave out portions of the power they carried to the men of their Lands but withheld the source of this powers within their bloodlines to keep order.
The element spirits were pleased and granted them peace and harmony but the Lands never dwelt together again.
The Council also Created GONORIA.
An academy where those born with the elementary gifts could be trained in the elements and also to respect other elements as well.
They made a law that Landers could only marry from their Lands, but thousands of years later, the law was broken and men married from other lands .
The women who had elements from other lands lost their gifts once they became one with men from other lands and no harm was done…or so it seemed
As the years progressed the chiefdom era passed and The Lands Were ruled by Royal Families instead.
The Lands grew strong and powerful in their own right and respected each other more.
The Sky Chief Ziel told his first son the forbidden prophecy, who passed the knowledge down to his son when he was of age as well, and so it continued for generations that a king would pass on this hidden knowledge to his heir before taking his final breath.
Every member of the Royal families that ruled any of the Lands were highly respected and the people were loyal to them as unto Gods , as they had the very life source of the elements running in their veins.
Every Lander who was gifted an element received the symbol of the element on them when they came of age (18 years)
Gonoria Grew with teachers from all the 3 Lands expect the Fire Lands which were name the Forbidden Lands and attendance was every Landers dream.
