  Angela could barely look at herself in the mirror. Her reflection stared back, pale and tired with dark circles under her eyes. She hadn't slept much after Edmund left her room, her mind had been consumed with thoughts of the night before, of Mark's sudden appearance, of the growing danger in everything she was doing.   Her phone buzzed, pulling her out of her thoughts. A message. She reached for it, her heart skipping a beat as she saw Edmund's name on the screen.   "We need to talk. Tonight. Usual place."
