Lilieth Deoné and I are the first to leave the dining hall. Although I'm painfully aware of every look I get, Deoné just doesn't seem to care about them. She's so abstracted from it all that she didn't take her eyes off me once during our meal. "How about we head to your room?" she suggests. "Where even is it?" "In the admin building." "Do you have any roommates?" "Not that I know of." Deoné groans. "What I wouldn't give not to share a room with any of those girls! You're so lucky!" "Is it that awful?"
