Lilieth The day of my fight with Trisha has arrived, and sadly, I'm just not ready. From here on out, all we'll do is fight. Every other day, I'll be assigned an opponent, and Instructor Wylde has arranged things so that we have fights up until the last few days before the exam, during which we'll have to rest. A month went by so fast. I can't even believe it. Where has the time gone? The good news is that I'll get to go home. I genuinely can't wait—I'm sick and tired of this gloomy place with all its rules and prejudices. Being back home is so freeing. I'm beyond homesick, and the funny thing is that all my life, I've wanted out of the village. I didn't know it was actually a safe place until now. Sighing, I turn my attention to the horizon and the thin line of orange beyond.
