INSTEAD of shoving her leg inside the car, Heather just leaned her back on the car's doorway of the backseat. Hawak ng isang kamay niya ang pinto ng kotse. Tapos doon sa post guard parking curb na may stripe na dilaw at itim na nasa sementadong sahig, doon siya tumitig.
She was at the parking lot. Tapos na ang office hours at kararating lamang niya roon. That car was not the car Hugo and she usually used; it was the car Hugo had provided for her. Ilang beses pa lamang siya nakasasakay sa kotseng iyon at parang hindi siya komportable, parang kakatwa at nakakapanibago na rin.
