The Driver parks the car at the garage, Dylan gets down from the car finding his way into the mansion ; She watches him leave in surprise…

Isn't he supposed to open the door for me ?

Katherine thought. Also getting down, she hurried into the mansion.

" Hey, wait up " Kate calls after him, Trying to meet up with him, Dylan halted, a frown on his face, he turns around to look at her

" What is it ?? " He asked not so nicely, Katherine looked taken aback, Wasn't he acting all romantic awhile ago ? Why the sudden change of tone ?

" You didn' - " She swallowed back her words as she couldn't bring herself to question him knowing he would get mad ; He waited for her to speak.. Kate forced a smile and then asked

" Where are we going next ? " She says and he furrows his eyebrow.

" We aren't going anywhere anymore Kate " Dylan said and her smile vanished

" We aren't going anywhere ? Why ? I mean, it's our - "

" Yeah right, It ended today.. So, you can start to live your life the way you want " He cuts her off and with that, he heads up the stairs leaving her speechless.

' It was ? No! It's still our honeymoon, Why would he say it's ended ? ' Kate asks no one in particular

" Babe ? " Katherine calls after a while also heading up the stairs, Closing the door behind her she walks further into the bedroom.

" What do you mean our honeymoon ended today ? It hasn't, For all I know, It's going to end next week "

" It's over and that's final ! " Dylan said taking off his jewelries

" Are you for real ? Kate asked bemusedly, folding her hands, She watches him unbutton his shirt .

" Yes, I'm. We spent the whole of last week exploring Paris, for how long are we gonna continue to do that ? We are adults and I have better things to do than travel around the world with you. "

" With me ? " Kate scoffed, not believing he just said that.

" In case you might have forgotten, I'm not just anyone, I'm your wife and It's our honeymoon for christ sake.. We should be together, we should be spending time together"

" That, I have done ! I have traveled the world with you, I have done everything necessary.. Right now, I need space. Space away from - " His tone hardened

" Did I do something ? Anything ? I'm sorry if I offended you.. I - " Kate was quick to apologize.

" I need space from this headache, I need space from you . From this, I don't think that's too much of me to ask " Dylan completed and she shakes her head not liking the sound of that.

" Just a while ago, you were talking about how you love me. Now you want a space away from me ? You literally said you cannot live without me, Wha- "

" Will you just shut it ? Cut the crap Kate! That was a show alright! That's what the world wants to see and that's exactly what I gave to them " Dylan half yelled and a shiver ran through Kate's spine as she couldn't believe the man before her, The man she calls a husband turning into something she never expected from him ; Kate couldn't believe he just yelled at her.

" I need space from this " Dylan murmurs this time and all of it just made her mute, No words formed her mouth as she couldn't think of what to say or do..

" I didn't mean to yell at you " He muttered looking at her

" No, it's fine " Kate says softly playing with her nails

We got married without knowing each other that well. I understand that you may not like me that much but - "

" I will see you later " Dylan cuts her off, He takes off his shirt and walks over to the bathroom, Closing the door behind him . Kate swallowed. Breathing out, she tried to harbor the pain she was feeling deep down.

Slowly, she walks to the bed gently seated on it. Kate looked at her left hand , the second to the last finger which held a diamond ring, A bitter smile crossed her lips.

Dylan joggled down the stairs, Kate following behind. The guards continued to bow as the couple passed by them. Kate follows him as she couldn't bring herself to ask him a question that was burning her insides down.

Dylan halts as he couldn't handle her following him any longer, Kate collided with him making her head hit his back, Dylan frowned, He turned around slowly.

" What do you want Katherine ? " Dylan asks and Kate raises her head looking at him, She swallows.

" You wanted space, I'm giving you space but - " she licks her lips in hesitation

" You will be back tonight right ? " Kate asks softly and he smirk

" And If I don't ? " Dylan asks looking directly into her eyes, Kate licks her lips

" I need you to be back, I can't sleep without you by my - " she tried to reach him but he walks away

" Dylan ? " She called but he doesn't look at her

" You're my husband for crying out loud, you should be - "

" I advise you to make use of the duvet, Don't stay up " Dylan's voice came in a murmur and with that he walked out of the Mansion. Kate couldn't believe her ears, She couldn't believe he just said that not to talk of walking out on her …

What was it she wasn't doing right ?

Why didn't he find her attractive ? Why doesn't he like me ?

All her life she has been wanted by men, But why doesn't he want me ??

He was sweet to her when they first got married, Even if he claims it all to be acting … Why would he stop the act now ?

What the hell was happening ?

Dylan Red enters the buzzy, noisy room full of people; Faces couldn't be clearly seen because of the type of light used, Voices couldn't be heard clearly due to the loud music..

Dylàn walks in between crowds, He keeps looking sideways as if in search of someone or something.

A young man is seated at the ordering counter gently sipping on his vodka dressed in a white top, black leather jacket and jean pants; A smile crossed Dylan's face as he sights him

" Hey man " Dylan says approaching him also taking a seat beside him

" A married man shouldn't be in a club. Why aren't you with your wife ? ? You should be spending time together " Jason said and Dylan eyerolled

" Do you always have to remind me that I'm married ? I see this fuckin' ring around my finger everyday.. That's enough for me to be mad " Dylan muttered and Jason looked at him

" I know how hard this is for you but you've to understand that you're no longer a bachelor. How do you explain when someone sees you now, right here ?? What exactly will you say ? "

" Jesus Jason! Why the questions? I came here to have fun and you haven't been helping with that, Besides who wants to take notice that I'm here ? No one has the time for that here, that's why I asked us to meet here " Dylan said and Jason raised his hand in surrender

" Alright man, I'm just trying to watch out for you " Jason said and Dylan breathed out.

" A bottle of vodka please " Dylàn orders a drink and the bartender goes to get it immediately

" But seriously, I still don't seem to understand the problems you say you have with Kate, I mean, she's everything a man would ever ask for.. Rich, intelligent, hell man she's beautiful.. Why don't you just stick to her? This marriage is a huge benefit to both your family and hers, Don't ruin the opportunity "Jason said, The bartender pours Dylàn a glass of vodka then leaves

" I know, I know. But - it's just that - " Dylan pauses, He grabs the glass of drink and releases some contents down his throat.

" Commitment isn't really my thing, you know that. And lately I'm having a big issue choosing what I want with what I don't " Jason furrowed his eyebrow trying to understand

" What do you mean by that ? " Jason asked and Dylan sighed

" Last week, Meave texted "

" So ? I thought you guys were done ? " Jason asked simple

" I thought so too - But " Dylan sighed rubbing his temple

" Common man, What happened ? " Jason asked in curiosity

" I saw someone today Jason, Someone I didn't expect to see anytime soon "

" Please, Don't tell me Meave Is back in town, That b***h is bad news " Jason commented but Dylan shakes his head in negation

" No. Not her, Not Meave " Dylan said but Jason became more confused

" If not her, Who could possibly be your problem then ? "

" Turns out that she's not the problem, I am. '' Dylan mutter, Jason's brow lifted waiting for him to spill

" I saw Tessa " Dylan Murmured

" Tessa ? Who is Tessa ? Do I know her ?"

" Yes, you do. Tessa Anderson " Dylan said and immediately the name rang a bell, Jason's heart melted right away .
