I was still traumatized and destabilized by everything that happened. All through the morning classes, I didn't stand up from my seat and sat rooted in the same spot for hours.
The fear that everything that happened last night could happen again sent cold shivers down my spine. On the other hand, ever since my encounter with Lennox this morning, he hasn't been in class nor were his brothers in class.
Maybe Levi and Louis skipped classes.
At that moment, my mind drifted back to my conversation with Landon concerning how he told me that the triplets didn't care that I was missing. Wasn't it weird that the same Lennox who didn't care seemed like he was really worried about me?
It felt more like he was relieved that I was finally here.
