It has been nine hours since Renee went missing and despite our search for her, it proved to be abortive.
Different thoughts raced across my mind.
Where was she?
How did she even disappear without anyone knowing when she left? Everyone claimed not to know who she left with and she certainly wasn’t with Landon and Nerissa because they were currently at an auction that we should have also attended if Renee hadn’t gone missing.
Lennox rushed towards me, fear glinting in his eyes. “Dad keeps calling to know where we are. If he knows that we are still in school, he could send his men to come and take us to the function that would end at midnight”
Levi took me aback as he snatched Lennox’s phone and smashed it to the ground. “I carefully instructed you to not answer Dad’s call!”
