Chapter 3 Her first time

989 Words
The masked man said nothing, his lips curling into a cool, detached smile as he watched Lila in silence. His eyes bore into her, an unsettling intensity in their depths that left Lila feeling exposed and vulnerable. He had a dark confidence about him, a chilling certainty that he would possess her. This was a game to him, one he intended to win at any cost. The atmosphere was thick with tension and unease. Lila’s throat felt dry, and she nervously licked her lips, a faint, involuntary sound of discomfort escaping her. “I’m... I’m sorry,” she stammered, her voice barely above a whisper. “I don’t know why I’m here, but I’ll leave right away.” She could feel the danger radiating from the man even across the room, and she knew she needed to get away from him as quickly as possible. The fear was palpable, a visceral instinct that told her she was in grave danger. But as she moved, a strange heat began to course through her veins, making her movements slow and sluggish. Her robe felt suffocating against her skin, and she tugged at it desperately, trying to clear her head, which seemed to spin with increasing intensity. She had barely made it a few steps when a powerful force yanked her backward, pulling her into a strong, unyielding embrace. She gasped, her eyes wide with terror as she felt the man’s body press against hers. The closeness made her skin crawl, her heart pounding wildly in her chest. She could feel his breath on her neck, warm and unsettlingly intimate. The faint scent of her skin seemed to affect him, his breathing growing heavier as he inhaled. He was fighting some internal battle, but his resolve was breaking. Lila’s instinct was to push him away, to put as much distance between them as possible, but her body felt weak and unresponsive. She managed a feeble attempt to elbow him, but it was like hitting a wall. He didn’t budge. Her head swam with dizziness, and she stumbled, collapsing to the ground in a heap. Tears blurred her vision as she lay there, her mind struggling to make sense of what was happening. She was almost certain now—she had been drugged. No, this can’t be happening! Not like this! For twenty-two years, Lila had guarded her purity with a fierce determination. Even during her three-year relationship with Adrian, they had never crossed that line. She had always been careful, always in control. “Please,” she begged, her voice cracking as she struggled to speak. “Let me go. I’ll give you whatever you want, any amount of money.” Her plea was desperate, her eyes fixed on the floor, too afraid to look at him. She felt like she was drowning in fear, her body betraying her as she lay there, helpless. A cynical smile twisted the man’s lips. Money? Did she think this was about money? Typical of the Montrose family, he thought bitterly. They always believed that money could solve anything. In their world, everything had a price, even in moments of sheer desperation. His anger flared, a cold fire ignited by her words. His dark eyes blazed with a hatred that seemed to consume him. In one swift motion, he grabbed her arm, hauling her roughly to her feet, and threw her onto the bed with a force that left her breathless. Before she could react, he was on her, his lips crashing against hers in a brutal kiss. Lila tried to resist, her hands pushing weakly against his chest, but he was relentless. It was as if a madness had taken over him, a desperate need that drove him to possess her fully. As the minutes passed, something within her shifted. She found herself responding to his touch, her body betraying her mind’s desperate pleas for escape. It was as if she were under a spell, every nerve in her body alight with a strange, confusing desire. His touch was rough, almost punishing, but she could feel something deeper beneath the surface, a hunger that matched her own growing desperation. The night was a blur of intense emotions and sensations, a whirlwind of passion and confusion. She lost herself in it, letting the feelings take over as they tumbled through the darkness together. When she finally opened her eyes, it was morning. Sunlight streamed through the curtains, casting soft shadows on the unfamiliar room. Lila’s head ached, a dull throb that pulsed with every heartbeat. Her body felt heavy and sore, as if she had been through a battle. She blinked, her vision clearing slowly. Her heart sank as she recognized the mask on the bedside table, the same mask the man had worn last night. Underneath it were five crisp hundred-dollar bills, lying there as if they were some kind of cruel joke. What was this? Did he really think she was worth so little? Five hundred dollars. The realization hit her like a punch to the gut. Her first time, something she had guarded so carefully, had been reduced to this. Tears welled in her eyes, spilling over as she clutched the sheets around her. She felt exposed, vulnerable, and utterly defeated. This was not how it was supposed to happen. None of this was supposed to happen. As she stood up to leave, she caught a glimpse of the room number on the door: ∞. The irony wasn’t lost on her. The number, often associated with eternal love, now felt like a mockery, a cruel twist of fate that cut her to the core. The betrayal she had felt the night before, discovering Adrian and Elias together, was nothing compared to this. This was a total collapse of her world, a shattering of everything she had believed in. Lila felt broken, her heart heavy with a sorrow that words couldn’t begin to describe.
