Dark Stranger

Prologue

The year is 1820. Me and my family was preparing for the moon festival.

Me and my sister Lily we're excited to be participating in coming of age dance with the other girls in the village.

For this was the first time we participate in the dance.

My parents had always kept us away from the other villagers . The reason for this has to do with how we came to this village.

My name is Luna drave and this is my story. A story of love and lost and danger. If you cannot handle my story then close my diary and never let it be open again. If you wish to keep reading then you may do so.

I have warned you with all that is in my power. For I am no longer of this world.

long ago in a world divided in half by the beings of light and the beings of the dark.

lived two kingdoms. the kingdom of light lux and the kingdom of dark tenebris.

There was talk of war between the two kingdoms in order to stop this from happening.

A agreement was made by the kingdoms that the firstborn daughter of the king of light would marry the firstborn son of the king of dark.

the agreement was signed in blood with a spell to seal the fate of both kingdom if the agreement was ever broken. A great illness would befall both kingdoms.

There would be no escape from the illness for it is deadly to both the beings of the light and the beings of the dark.

What the kingdoms had no foresee was twin princesses being born to the kingdom of light and one Prince born to the kingdom of dark.

The king of light king Alexander drave would have to decide

which one of his lovely daughters would have to be sacrifice for the sake of the agreement.

would it be his daughter Luna or his daughter Lily to be sacrifice for the sake of the agreement.

The queen of light regretted making the agreement for she did not want to sacrifice her daughters freedom for the sake of the agreement.

The queen of light love her kingdom but she love her daughters more than life itself and could not sacrifice their freedom for the sake of the kingdom.

So with a heavy heart she call her most trusted servants Molly and Adam into her study.

she gave then a secret order to hide and raise her daughters as their own.

while the servants escape from the kingdom with the girls to a small village in neutral land at the very edge of the realm.

The queen faked their deaths because no one would question a queen and grieving mother.

with the girls safely hidden in the village far away from the kingdom.

The queen could rest easy knowing they would not be found.

Or so The queen thought, little did she know fate was about to intervene.
