Tee's POV
I woke up feeling refreshed and calm, the feud between me and Britney was sorted and me and Gally were sort of official. I felt something around my waist and then remembered... "Hey" Gally muttered into my back. I had just realised that last night we were really tired and I couldn't face sleeping on the floor so he said now we had established feelings for eachother we can share a bed. I mean come on, who could say no? It was lovely to feel Gally next to me; even though he sort of squished me with his strong grip. Still, he meant well. He planted little kisses slowly on the back of my neck, his hand drawing small circles on my hips. It tickled and my immediate reaction was to slap his hand. He turned me around so I was looking at him and laughed. "What was that for?" he asked mockingly. "Oh shut up, I'm ticklish!" I sqwarked, my voice cracking, making me sound like a twelve year boy hitting puberty. He stared at me like I was a complete weirdo. I coughed and I fake smiled. "Get used to waking up to this big boy" I said smirking.
The gladers' voices filled the air and it was already quite light outside, I figured we should definitely be up by now. I started to get out of the bed and Gally groaned. "Where are you going? Stay here, you hear me little miss?" he yelled, pulling me back in. "No, why should I obey your orders?" I asked grinning. "Because I'm in charge around here and you'll obey me!" He said grabbing me. I squirmed and squealed as he tickled me I finally wriggled out of his grasp and ran out of the hut. Gally's head slammed back down onto the pillow, he'd follow me soon enough ;)

It had been a successful day for me today, I had got a lot of praise from Clint and Jeff for my handy organisation and Gally had come in a couple of times to see me, and tell me him and his downstairs region missed me. Lovely... I went out and saw the runners sprinting back in and a massive crowd formed around them at the entrance to the maze. I'd heard something about Thomas killing a griever, I ran over to congratulate him. "Well done Thomas I'm so proud of you!" I said running up to him and hugging him, I buried my face in his shoulder and we held our hug for while. I looked at his face, it was like a plain canvas painted with blood sweat and tears. His kind brown eyes stared back at me. "Gee thanks sweet cheeks, it was nothing really, just the normal life in the glade and that" he shrugged it off and laughed. I pushed his arm playfully and he winced whilst laughing. "Ouch not there, I have a bruise there" he chuckled. "Hmmm, seems that I have them everywhere" he said looking down and pausing. I laughed and told him I'd see him later tonight. He'd just killed a blinking griever, it's not everyday that happens. It made me look up to him even more... I heard Frypan telling the builders that Gally was fuming about the whole ordeal. I know Gally hates change but why would he be like that? Oh well, that's a hurdle I'll cross when I come to it.
After talking to Thomas, I went back to the medjacks to finish off work for the day with Clint and Jeff. A couple of hours later when it was pretty much time for bed; I came out and looked at the glade, for the first time, I felt comfortable and felt like I was part of this now. At first I thought it was nothing and was not too phased by it but then I remembered what every glader had told me. "The doors close at night, it keeps us safe" once more I remembered something that made my blood curdle. "Grievers come out at night". I stared, for a moment my feet were stuck to the ground and I couldn't move. Everyone else was in the food shack or in the homesteads chilling out. It was evident that no one had noticed what I had, is this normal then? No, it can't be! "Oh my god, I- I have to tell them" I gasped, and ran over to Gally, who was casually chatting with some of his mates. I ran so fast I bumped into him, he held my shoulders and steadied me. "Gally look! I stuttered. "What's up love?" He asked me, trying to calm me down (it was too late for that) I tugged at his arm. "Why haven't the doors closed?" I said, petrified. Gally followed me outside the hut and into the moonlight Glade, my heart skipped a beat when his face dropped. If Gally was scared, I should be at the point of pooing myself. "What the f**k?" He cursed and dashed to Alby's hut, screaming 'move' at any other passing gladers. I stayed outside watching and waiting, the doors looked like they were set in stone and wouldn't be moving for some time. More and more people were starting to realise that something was wrong and worried chatter erupted in the glade. Gally soon came out. "We're going have to go in there Gal" I said. "No, I can't let you do that. Alby says the keepers will go in" he corrected me. "Gally, that means you! Besides, we need as many people as possible!" I said and followed him. "No please, stay, I couldn't handle it if anything happened to you and it was down to me" he said stroking my cheek. He started running, I of course followed him. I hugged him as we got to the doors. "Be careful" I pleaded.
Finally the low rumbling noise came, relief washed over my face. "Gally, they're closing! You don't have to go out there!" I shouted. Alby turned around. "Nonetheless, its so much later than usual" he replied. "Its been like clockwork for the last three years" Newt chimed in. "We have to in case something has happened" Gally said. He smiled reassuringly at me and just as the doors joined they all slipped into the dark abyss and clutches of the maze. I could feel my eyes fill up with salty water, I tried to furiously blink them back. The creaking and rumbling stopped, the doors had not completely closed though. There was a tiny slit, about the same size that Thomas had managed to fit through yesterday. I breathed loudly and stared at the doors for a bit, deep in thought, almost as if I was expecting them to open and the boys to fly out...
***************
It had been ages since Gally had gone and we were all getting ready to go to sleep. I yawned and said goodnight. "Night Tee!" they all chorused. I said that the girls could sleep in Gally's hut with me. Didn't really fancy being alone, tonight of all nights. I sat up and huffed, there's no way I could sleep tonight. "Guys, I need to find Gally, he hasn't been back for ages." I said ernestly. "No way! Are you mad?" they all said. "I know Gally is important to you, but he'll be alright, he's with all the keepers" Rachel reassured me. I paused and sat there, deep in thought; an idea floated into my head, I pushed it away, but it kept pushing its way into my head; it wasn't a good one. "Thanks guys" I sighed and lay down. "Night" they said, but I didn't reply...
I thought it had been enough time so that every glader would be pretty much asleep. I got up slowly and tip-toed my way around the girls who were asleep on the floor. I crept out of Gally's hut and closed the door quietly. Then I dashed to the maze doors, lucky for me I was slim and just about fit through the small gap. I gasped as I finally got through.
I stood at the entrance, and looked back at the glade behind me. I had got to be raving mad. I looked around and tried to familiarise myself with this new, horrific place. The thick, emerald ivy was running up the walls and across the paths up ahead. An unpleasant smell was in the air and despite the Glade being outside too, the maze had a certain chill about it that sent shivers down my spine and made my hairs stand on end. I felt like an ant compared to the maze, the walls went up as high as I could see if I strained my neck. Minho said himself, getting stuck in the maze was like killing yourself. And here I am... I walked slowly at first and then as I heard the wind howling, I gasped and broke into a run. I heard a sound and the louder it got I realised it sounded like a distant yell, that repeated over and over. It could be one of the keepers. I tried to follow it, and it gradually got closer.
That's when I saw him, hunched up against a wall, he looked awful and absolutely petrified. "Gally!" I screeched. He whispered, his voiced laced with anxiety. "Ssssh, the grievers will hear you!" he was partly hidden in ivy that covered a wall and had blood all over his leg. "What happened? And where are the others?" I asked desperately.
"I fell from that ledge up there. And we all split up ages ago, I don't know where they are..." he mumbled. My hand went to his face, trying to comfort him. His face was damp, I could tell he had been crying out of pure frustration, I don't blame him. He was pretty helpless on his own out here. I sighed and tried to lift him up, we had to move. He and I winced. "Tee you need to go without me, I'm just going to be dead weight" he said breathlessly. "I'm not leaving you, that's final" I whispered, hot tears of frustration running down my cheeks. Somehow, we managed to stand up until we heard something that made our blood curdle. I clung on to Gally and I felt like my heart was going to leap out my chest. A klunk of metal, and a sadistic growl. And it was close by....
(OOOOHHH! Whats it gonna be?
