We’ve got the situation under control and Victor calls in the logistic team to join. They’re the one with our change of clothes, and medics. One of the healers that joins the logistic team rushes towards me. He takes Lily out of my hold and immediately examines her.
“She was injected with wolfsbane, Alpha King,” he says to me while getting something out of his bag. “Too difficult to tell how much of it now. I will give her an antidote that will hopefully help her fight the bane, but it will just be first aid. After that, we will have to immediately transport her to the hospital for better care.”
I nod. “Okay,” I say, helping him position Lily better. “Do what you have to do.”
