Chapter 01: Sleeping Handsome

Misa has turned twenty today. According to the pact, she will have to marry the first prince of the dragon king.
For the last ten years, Misa has only imagined how does he look. She thinks, how will she marry and live with a dragon! All her thoughts dissolve in thin air when Kanjiro calls her name.
Kanjiro is the messenger of the dragon world. He came here to take Misa to their world. Kanjiro stands in front of Misa and says,
- Human Misa Karzan, do you agree to take Lord Ryuji Ryusei, the firstborn of the Lord Ryukomura Ryusei... and Lady Ryuko Renjiro, as your lawfully wedded husband... and spent the rest of your life breeding his children... leaving everything behind?
Misa takes a breath and answers,
- YES, I DO!
Mr. Kanjiro puts a blindfold on Misa's eyes and holds her hand.
- I, Kanjiro Ryuu, shall take you to my lord now.
Misa feels as if she got hit by a huge flow of breeze. Mr. Kanjiro tells her to remove the blindfold. When she removes it, she finds herself standing near a huge door. Two huge dragons are standing beside the door.
Misa has never seen such huge creatures. Being scared Misa takes a step back. Mr. Kanjiro says,
- Human Misa Karzan, this is the door that connects the human world to our world. Once you enter here, there is no going back.
- My decision is final!
Misa says with determined eyes. Though she is dying to go back in her mind. She can't believe all these are real. "I AM MARRYING A CREATURE LIKE THESE!!!! NOT TO MENTION HE MUST BE MORE FIERCE THAN THESE DRAGONS!".
Misa wants to scream but she is unable to do so. She looks at the dragons and mumbles, "It looks bigger than Godzilla!" Mr. Kanjiro looks at her. She smiles like a fool. Mr. Kanjiro says,
- The moment you enter this door, you will no longer be a mere human. You will be the wife of the dragon prince, Ryuji Ryusei.
Misa listens to Kanjiro and nods her head with determination. Kanjiro looks at the door and says loudly,
- Shall we enter, Lady Misa Karzan?
Kanjiro calling her "Lady" from "Human," tells Misa that she has lost her final chance to ran away. She looks at the door and shouts,
- I, LADY MISA KAZAN, ORDERS YOU TO OPEN THE DOOR!
The dragons look at her with red eyes. Misa keeps looking at them being determined. Misa is dying inside. She thinks, "They won't open the door for a human? Will they burn me in the fire now?" Her legs start to tremble a little when she hears the c***k of opening the door.
She smiles and looks at Kanjiro. He has a serious expression.
They enter together. Kanjiro takes Misa near a cliff. There is a huge tree with red and orange leaves. Misa can't stop staring at it. This is the most beautiful thing she has ever seen. Kanjiro says slowly,
- My lady, Lord Ryuji is waiting there for you.
Misa looks at Kanjiro being surprised and says softly,
- There? Where?
She looks at the tree and screams,
- This huge thing is my husband?!
Kanjiro looks at her feeling like a fool. And says,
- That's a tree, my lady. My lord should be in his human form now.
Misa leaves a breath of relief. She starts to look around the tree but sees no one. Suddenly she sees two legs sticking out behind the tree. Kanjiro also sees and says,
- Lord Ryuji is behind the tree.
Misa looks at him and slowly walks towards the tree. Lord Ryuji is sound asleep. Misa looks at his face. Her cheeks immediately turn pink.
This is the guy she imagined for the last ten years. Sometimes as handsome as the prince Charming, sometimes as the beast from the beauty and the beast, sometimes as a bad boy like Joker. Her imaginations can't be compared to the masterpiece of god she is seeing in front of her now.
If there was ever a sleeping beauty book written for guys, Ryuji would be the sleeping handsome of that book.
