Bambi stood silently on the corner. He would"ve worn his specs had they looked less...conspicuous, but he was stuck in these awful robin-blue shades. Bones was late by two minutes, which was one minute and thirty seconds too late. Bambi began to get nervous; so he observed. He watched as cars of the Centric, sleek and silver, darted left and right and straight through the intersection. He watched people, in their sleek, usually white or blue outfits, walking casually on the street. One woman had at least twenty shopping bags in her hand and held a small tube of something to her lips as she continued walking.
