UNBREAKABLE (walls and love)

Chapter 5

Curious,he decided to check it out but the sight in front of him was something to behold.He saw a girl, looking around seventeen or eighteen dressed in a white bodycon off shoulder dress.He couldn't tell whether or not she had make-up on from that distance but her side view was drop dead gorgeous.

She was patting on the little puppy and you could tell she loved puppies.He didn't know how or when but he didn't feel worried anymore, it was as if seeing her had made them disappear.He turned around and left.

The second time was in front of a confectionery,he was in his car when he sighted someone he felt he knew so he stopped.She seemed to have been quarrelling with someone over something and she looked really pissed but a second later she held her hand up signalling to the person in front of her to stop then she took a bite of a piece of cake in her hand and smiled.

But in that split second,she changed her expression back to a serious one and returned quarrelling.He smiled intrigued at how quickly she hid that smile.Seeing her here one would never believe she was that girl in the garden corner with a puppy.

He wanted to know just how many sides she had and since all was going well with his companies,life was boring.

But not anymore because he had found someone interesting and challenging,he could tell because even from a distance she seemed closed off.

He smiled and drove off.

Then it was the restaurant,he was to have a conference meeting in an hour's time and he was tired so he decided to try out this new restaurant.In the parking lot,he saw her again, definitely and always a sight to behold.

This was the most beautiful and carefree he had seen her.Natural hair packed up,no makeup and boy even that look would make you look.This was his chance,he thought.

He walked up to her in the restaurant and started a conversation which confirmed his suspicion.she was closed off,in defense and as if always ready to attack.And somehow he knew all of this charade were just walls she put up to hide something fragile hidden deep within from getting broken and in that moment,he promised himself that he would protect her always and forever.

~Back To Reality~

It's been few weeks since she has been in the hospital and Jayson had been with her almost all through.She decided to not tell her family about it so they wouldn't stress themselves plus Jayson would cover the bills, something she couldn't argue unless she wanted to go into coma because he would be very glad to send her there and take care of her all the way.

By weekend,she would be going home to visit as her mother had been on it for a while now.She silently prays that all goes well because she learnt some relatives were also coming over and they never really liked her so God help her.
