The speaker was the dancer who used to have the most performances. Because of Orelia's recent surge in popularity, the dance troupe had cut her stage time nearly in half.
"What nonsense are you spouting?!"
Annie, having changed her clothes, emerged to hear this and was immediately furious. She was about to confront the woman when Orelia stopped her.
"Don't waste your breath on her. People with dirty hearts see everything as dirty."
Annie was initially annoyed at being stopped, but hearing Orelia's words, she burst out laughing, echoing her sentiment with a sarcastic jab.
