Inside the carriage:
Liu yifie and liu xiuyan didn't talk much and most of the journey continued in silence. After a while they reached the prince's mansion. Yifie sat got down from the carriage and is observing her surroundings.
'If any thing happens and if I wanted to run its gonna be difficult. The only way is to hide in the forest behind the mansion. Let's see what they are planning' she liufie thought to herself.
By seeing yifie liu xiuyan thought that she was just mesmerised by the mansion. 'Hmph!! Just an ugly pig wanting to be a Phoenix. Let's see your face tomorrow.' She was thinking to herself and was very happy, so she decided to ignore her now.
"Sister! It's your first time here ,let me show you around and take you to his highness" she said and started heading into the mansion. Even the guards outside didn't stop her. But she signalled the guards to humiliate liu yifie.
When xiuyan entered the guards didn't stop her but when yifie wanted to enter the guards stopped her." This is sixth prince's mansion, not a place anybody can enter. Who do you think you are to enter the mansion" the guards shouted at her. They thought that xiuyan is going to be the wife of the prince so if they please her she would recommend them to the prince for a promotion. Although yifie is the prince's fiance he is not gonna support her so they wouldn't get punished even though they were in the wrong.
Xiuyan is smiling to herself thinking that yifie would shout at the guards and humiliate herself in front of the gate. But Yifie's answer made her both surprised and shocked her after few seconds.
"Well since the prince's mansion isn't welcoming my presence then I will see myself out." She said and turned around to leave the place. While Xiuyan recovers from the shock quickly and rushed towards yifie.
"Sister!!! Stop." She shouted which made yifie to stop and turned around to see what her sister would do.
"Are you both stupids or blind how can you not recognize the prince's fiancee. " xiuyan scolded them. Xiuyan said prince's fiancee because everyone knows that the prince didn't accept her but thought that it was only the wishful thinking of yifie to think that she would be able to able to marry a prince with that ugly face of her. So her words made both the guards wanting to laugh but hold it in.
"Its ok sister, you don't have to scold them. Since the sixth prince doesn't allow me go in then it would be better if I leave." She said and again turned around to leave and almost reached the carriage. And xiuyan didn't expect this kind of words from yifie and was stunned. At the same time the sixth prince arrived to check the noise near the gate. When he saw yifie leaving.
'If she leaves then the plan we plotted would go waste and we might not get another chance like this easily' he thought and immediately he wanted to scold xiuyan for making this mess.
"What's going on here? Who gave you the permission to send away the guest I invited? " he started scolding the guards.
"We're sorry your highness, we didn't recognize you guests, please spare us your highness" both the guards pleaded at the same time. Even though the orders were given by xiuyan the know that they were made the scapegoat and they couldn't even complain and instead they have to apologize.
"Go to the punishment hall and receive your punishment" prince orders both the guards and immediately they left the place.
"My apologies to miss liu for the mistake of my guards. I didn't teach them properly, I hope you wouldn't mind those silly things" he said to liu yifie even though he is apologizing there isn't any sincerity in his eyes but yifie knew that she couldn't do anything to the prince.
"Its ok your highness, since you are apologizing so sincerely I wouldn't dare to not accept it" she said with a hint of sarcasm
The sixth prince remained silent thinking about their plan.
"I made arrangements near the lake for you both to go sit and solve your misunderstandings." Xiuyan broke the silence and lead them to a lake in the mansion. Even though she is acting as the host of the mansion yifie didn't mind as she already knew about them.
Xiuyan already made the neccessary arrangements for them and she was going to leave after both the prince and yifie sat, but yifie stopped her.
"Sister, I think it would be better if you also can join us. I may say something inappropriate and shame our family. You could help me in that case. Can you join us??"yifie asked xiuyan with a sincere face. 'Its time to prove my acting skills ' yifie thought to herself.
"If that's good for you I will join you sister" she said after thinking for a while.
Then she called three servants to serve them tea to each one of them and the servant they choose for yifie is particularly ugly with some rashes on her face.
"Actually I specially arranged this servant for you as it wouldn't be good if the servant it more beautiful than the master." Xiuyan said as if she had done a help to her but instead insulting her implying that a normal servant would be more beautiful than her.
"Thank you so much for your consideration sister " even though she knew what she was implying she couldn't do anything for now
"Its ok, afterall we are sisters and we have to look after each other. Have a taste of this tea, this your favorite tea so his highness especially arranged this for you."
Liufie took the tea cup and smelled it and knew that an aphrodisiac is mixed in it so she placed it down again without drinking.
"So your highness what did you want to discuss with me??"she asked with a cold smile
