I heard a carriage approaching that afternoon as I tied Zina to Fay’s store. Sean was quick to change as well and follow me. He is now standing directly beside me as an escort. I have no choice. He is like an anchor strapped to me heal. The fact that he is dressed in the same tailored black and grey stitched suit as if first met him as my nerves increasing. Something, I thought I would never feel around Sean, but there the emotion is in my heart; perilous fear.  Tables were set out and waiters arrived with platters of red meat from a recently butchered deer that Dorian shot and pitchers of mulled wine. Music played, people danced, and everyone drank. This was all too familiar. I could see through the people; all dressed the same way in wear they kept for this one occasion like the rehear
