The next night Dorian was discussing something with his father in the dining room.  “We thought we might join you this evening.” Cassius offered as Christina entered the room and Sean began to pour her a glass of red wine.  “That would be lovely.” I offered taking a seat.  I was glad the couple was joining us. I was so used to having dinner alone with Dorian. Christina was a welcome addition indeed.  “Alright for myself to interrupt as well?” I heard Alina’s voice from the doorway to the dining room.  “Please.” Dorian offered.  Conversation about the imposing winter conditions and the incoming first snow storms meant that any supplies from the cities brought by carriage would be less frequent, until all together impossible.
