The next two months I spent in Dorian’s rooms. Winter for us, was a cocoon from the outside world with our bodies entangled in nothing but each other and pleasure. He did not mind that I slept in his rooms some of the night, and went out again during the day while he rested. We had dinner now every night accompanied by Cassius, Christina, and Alina.  Dorian and I often discussed that Christina was falling in love with Cassius. He is overtly kind and doting her with gifts, but I do not think that he loves the girl. He cares for her yes, but love is not there, like she has for him.
