Party part. 1

Maria P.O..V Finally Friday. I got up as usual at 5, changed into my sportswear and went to get my esspresso. Even though Tom had already lived with me for a two weeks, every time I met him at home I was surprised. He was sitting at the kitchen island with his back turned to me. - Good morning - I greeted him first remembering our conversation yesterday. - Hi - he turned towards me - I thought I would go for a run with you and talk about today's party. - You want to give me good advice? - I asked, taking a sip of coffee. - I will explain to you briefly what you can expect. - He answered calmly, combing his black hair. I felt like grabbing it and pulling him. - Do you think I'm so stupid that I don't know what parties look like? - Don't take it personally. We'll just talk," he put his hands up in surrender. - Okay, if you're ready, come on.     The sun was already slowly coming up giving my favorite golden glow. I breathed in the fresh morning air, and Tom's scent. It was two weeks until my birthday, and every day his scent would become stronger. I had to get used to it. I glanced in his direction. He was doing jumping jacks and arm swings as a warm up. He was huge. Tall, with broad shoulders and narrow hips. I swallowed my saliva. "It's going to get harder and harder to keep him at bay," - I thought. I shook my head, did some exercises to get the thoughts of Tom out of my head and moved ahead. After a while Tom appeared by my side saying: - You know, I think this would be a good way to introduce Mark to Daria and spread the word that they're dating.  - He doesn't associate with her thankfully. If he knew that she was taller than him by almost 15 cm he would not agree for anything. He probably thinks she's some kind of grey mouse. - Really? Our school is not that big. Although Daria also said she didn't know him - he shrugged his shoulders. - They take different classes. Mark has almost all of them at an advanced level and is a grade below. It's possible. - We ran for a while in silence. I could sense that he was getting nervous. - Maria, don't be angry. As your advisor, I have to warn you not to drink a lot. People behave strangely after drinking alcohol - he overtook me and started running backwards to look me in the face - After drinking alcohol you can feel jealous of Mark and do something that will spend your relationship... - F**k off. There will only be friends. I trust them and I won't be a f*****g chaperone for others. Come on I'll act like a teenager for once. - I chuckled and overtook him. All my life all I've heard is that I can't do this or that because I'm a woman. Here comes Alpha. I couldn't take it anymore. He promised me a party and now he's kind of backing out of it. "Yeah, let's have a party, but you're not having fun," I thought, "You don't know if you can behave after drinking... blah blah blah... As usual I was fooled". I sped up, leaving him far behind.  Being a princess comes in handy sometimes.  I got home first. I quickly took a shower, got dressed and drove alone to school before he could accost me. At lunch I sat with Mark and Sara discussing the party. As agreed with Mark, Sara was not to know anything about his agreement with me about Daria. He only agreed to it to make Sara jealous. Sara was telling what she was going to wear when Tom approached our table: - Hey - he looked at me - shall we talk? - We have nothing to talk about - I replied. Sara looked at me with a questioning look. I shrugged my shoulders and tried to continue the conversation - I don't know yet. Maybe you can come to me earlier? - Don't ignore me - he said. I gently kicked Sara to help me - Sure, so what time is the party? 8? Then I'll come by at 7. You know, I was thinking about... - She started talking. I barely listened to her. I could feel Tom's eyes on my face, but I didn't want to give him the satisfaction. Let them hang themselves. He stood there for a moment and then walked away  - Phew... - Sara interrupted suddenly - I've already said such stupid things... Maria, what is it this time? Let him go. I don't understand you at all - "I don't understand myself either" I thought  - I will come to you at 7 o'clock and I will make you a deity. He'll sigh for you like you sigh for him. Hahahay... - I'm not laughing at all.- I looked in the direction Tom had gone but he wasn't there anymore- Thanks for helping me with this. I'm off to class. So I'll meet you at my place. - I pointed at Mark- And don't be late. - Okay," he said hesitantly.      Sara was punctual. She came prepared with two huge nets. I looked at her as she quickly took out more outfits. She was dressed in a tight pink dress that highlighted her lush breasts. Her hair was straightened as always. I envied her. It reached almost to her waist and was incredibly shiny. - Joanna is still here? I met her at the entrance - she asked. I nodded - I saw Tom too. He looked pissed off. I take it you haven't talked yet? - I nodded again. - Don't worry about Joanne. She said she would prepare some chips and cups and she would be out in a moment. Let me see what you've got," I changed the subject. I didn't want to talk about Tom. - I have five different dresses...- she looked at me - but you know what, I have leather pants and a black silk blouse here. Let's try that first. - The pants were so tight that they resembled Olivia Newton-John's iconic leather outfit from Grease. I could barely squeeze into them. - I don't know if I can walk in them," I looked at them doubtfully. - You can. It's leather. By the time we're done with the makeup, they'll be perfect. Here's the blouse. I put it on and was stunned. It was beautiful. It was slightly loose with long arms. The front was very short and simple, but the whole effect was centered on the open shoulders and back with just a few strips of fabric hanging down to support the whole structure. A bra was out of the question. At this point I was happy with my proud B cup. I walked over to the bathroom to do my makeup. I did it myself, as Sara usually did a very colorful eye in the style of the characters from Euphori. I preferred a more natural version. - Tadam! - I walked into the room - I'm done. Nice? - Hold on. And false eyelashes - Sara protested. - No way - I started to withdraw when Sara got up from the chair and took a few steps towards me. - A couple of diamonds for the eyelids - she looked at me with a request in her eyes - please, this is the only such moment to go crazy. At the birthday party you will be elegant and boring as always - she pouted her lips. - Hahahah... tell that to Tom. Do you know how many times he's scolded me for my outfit? - I laughed.- okay, but only a few diamonds. Fals eyelashea still don't,     By the time I was ready it was after 8 and I heard the party was starting. We went downstairs. Sara headed over to our math friends and I was about to follow her when Mark grabbed my arm. - Sara come- and he pulled me into the kitchen- She's not here- he said quickly. - She'll be - I replied - Don't be so nervous. Tom confirmed it to me today. You'll start talking to each other, dancing, and on Monday morning you'll bring her to school. That's how everyone will think you're a couple. A! And she will start eating lunch with us - I looked at him. He looked like a wretch - Mark, seriously. Calm down. Be a brave Alpha. - F**k, I am - he replied - I just can't cope with girls. - It will be fine - I smiled - come on, let's drink two shots of tequila for courage. I'm nervous too. After a while Tom came into the kitchen with a tall brunette. She was wearing tight jeans and a top with a large cleavage that showed off her charms. She looked like a Victoria Secret angel. Like a bloody Victoria Secret angel! - Hi," said Tom, barely glancing at me, "This is Daria. Daria meet Mark. Mark froze, only to turn beet red a moment later. He held out his trembling hand towards her: - Hello, Mark - he said with an uncertain look on his face. - Hi Daria - she took his hand and smiled radiantly. After a while she turned towards me -Good evening, thank you for inviting me. It is nice to meet you personally. I looked at her in shock. I didn't know if she was joking with me or if she was serious. I didn't have much contact with lower level path members. I looked into her eyes, she wasn't smiling. That greeting made me hate her a little less: - Er... - I was as eloquent as Mark - Hahahah... Sorry, you surprised me. You don't have to be so formal. Maria - I held out my hand. - Mark and I are having a drink right now. Do you want a shot of tequila? - I looked defiantly at Tom. - How much have you drunk already? - He finally asked looking at me. - Two, and it's not over. So what? Drink up - Tom took the bottle from my hand. Just as I was about to protest he put down two more glasses and started pouring. - To responsible drinking - he looked at me and downed one glass. I took the bottle from him and poured another shot. - To reasonable drinking - I repeated. I felt the alcohol spreading through my body. I had to stop if I was going to make it to the end of the party. - I'm going to the rest of the guests. Come on, Tom. I'll introduce you. A lot of future alphas from other clans came - I winked at Mark and left the kitchen. Surprisingly Tom followed me out. I could feel his gaze on my back as I walked down the hallway.      Suddenly he grabbed my arm and pressed my back against the wall. He leaned over me so that our faces were millimeters apart. His scent and dark eyes made my knees buckle. He looked down at my lips. I already thought he was going to kiss me when he hissed: - Maria you are pissing me off - he looked me seriously in the eyes - Don't drink much and what is this blouse? - He touched my waist and my back. A shiver ran through my body. - You have a bare back. - I wanted him so much. I swallowed my saliva and changed the subject. - Daria is beautiful - I whispered. He looked surprised and released the pressure on my waist. - Yes - he whispered. His answer made me numb from his charm. I pushed him firmly away from me and went into the living room again.     I finally walked over to Sarah and our friends. Unfortunately, my counselor had left to join another group of people. Despite the small number of people, Tom and I were not really in the same group. I drifted among the guests so that I could talk to everyone and get to know the people Tom had invited. They were people from our path. It was nice to meet them. I was surprised because everyone spoke to me with respect and a certain amount of reserve. I didn't think I was respected. I was flattered and hopeful that maybe I would rise to the challenge of being a Aplha. After a few hours I found myself on the dance floor with Mark. I wanted to ask him how it was going with Daria. To hear better I put my arms around his neck and moved closer. His story about a clumsy conversation full of silence made me laugh. I threw my hair and head back and started to laugh. I felt eyes on me. Tom was standing by some girl and looking at me. The girl put her hand on his chest and he leaned over still staring at me. She said something to him and he smiled and they moved to the dance floor. After a while they danced side by side. - Come on Mark. Let's have a drink - I took my friend by the hand and headed for the kitchen. We started to drink. By the second shot my head started buzzing. - What kind of drama is this Maria - Mark asked - Are you ok? Slow down for a bit - he stopped me with his hand when I was about to drink another shot. - Everything is ok. Two more and I'm going to dance. - Can you do it in this state? - he asked raising his eyebrows. - I can do it - I took two more shots and went looking for my mate.
