CHAPTER 2 : THE VISITORS

THE VISITORS

One afternoon, while the sun was shining brightly, a messenger arrived from the far northern borders. He looked exhausted, covered in dust, and his eyes were filled with fear. He ran quickly towards the palace and knelt before the King and Queen.

"Your Majesties!" he bowed low, breathing heavily. "We need your help! Please, we beg of you!"

Alpha Lance and Queen Elana looked at each other, their expressions turning serious. They could feel the urgency in the man’s voice.

"Stand up and tell us," Lance commanded in a deep voice. "What is happening at the borders? Why do you look so troubled?"

The messenger stood up shakily and wiped the sweat from his forehead.

"My Lord, my Lady... strange creatures have started appearing. They are not ordinary wolves, and they are not humans. They look like living shadows, dark and cold, and they move very fast. They are scaring the people, and they are searching everywhere."

Elana felt a sudden chill run down her spine. She instinctively held her chest, feeling a strange sense of danger. "Searching? What are they looking for?"

"They are asking everyone the same question," the messenger said nervously. "They are looking for the 'CHILD OF THE STARS'. They said if we do not surrender this child to them, they will not leave until everything is destroyed."

Lance’s eyes suddenly turned sharp and glowing red. His aura became heavy and intimidating. The very air around them seemed to drop in temperature.

"They dare enter my land?" Lance growled lowly. "They dare threaten my people? And now... they dare target my son?"
