After Dunlop left, I settled in and started the day’s work until I heard a knock on my door
“Come in” I said and the security guy from earlier walked in
“Oh hi, have a seat” I said wondering why he was here
“Oh no ma’am, I’m okay here” he said
"Don’t be ridiculous, please sit” I urged him
“Right here, across form you” he asked and I couldn’t help but smile
“Of course, sit” I said
When he finally took a seat, I spoke up
“So, how can I help you” I swirling my pen in my hands
“Ma’am, I just came to apologize. I am so so sorry about the way I treated you earlier today. I had not even the slightest idea about your position in the company, I was just trying to do my job” he pleaded
“It's really no problem. It’s fine” I said accepting his apology
“Thank you very much, ma’am
