CHAPTER 60
"I feel so guilty about what happened," Sandy said. "You and Grace could have died."
It was Sunday evening and I'd just finished bringing my neighbors up to speed. We were sitting in their living room waiting for Katie's babysitter to arrive so we could go to a one-woman art show at a gallery on Harrison Street. The artist was a client of Duke's and he was quite insistent that we go.
"Feeling guilty is a waste of time, that's what my mom used to say," I replied. "Besides, you didn't tell me to get involved with the Glasser divorce and that was the real catalyst for the sauna incident."
"To think that Sara and Jack were murdered over this," Mike said sadly. "Jack was more than a whistleblower, he was a superhero. I can't wait until they capture the bastard who did this."
