CHAPTER 25 "If I could, I would have five hundred dogs!" "I believe you," I shouted in Jessie Sandler's general direction. It was hard to hear anything above the exuberant barking that was the permanent soundtrack of Precious Paws. "My dad used to think I was kidding--until I opened this place." She giggled.
