Gabrielle screamed, so Polina's sisters came.
"What happens?"
"Why scream like a crazy woman? It's a luxury hotel, and you scream like you're in the woods."
Polina's siblings ask but end up grumbling. Only a few are genuinely sympathetic. Gabrielle was confused and vowed to request the hotel's security to look at the CCTV footage. She couldn't believe that her expensive bag suddenly broke off for no reason.
