Chapter 3: Vision

"Welcome home, dear cousin. I've missed you so much!" I heard the voice but I managed not to look to the owner of that. I dont know for how long they didn't see bailey that everyone here misses her that much. They can just visit her if they wanted to. She's just 7 hours away from here by land.

"Missed you too, Luke. Sorry for not informing you beforehand. I was going to surprise Morreth but turns out I was the one who get surprised!" Bailey said in a respectful manner. I decided to lift my head up, maybe the owner of the voice is a mayor here and I needed to pay respect. the moment I lay my eyes on him I caught him staring at me. So I decided to smile. and Bailey broke the silent. "Oh, I almost forgot to introduce you to my friend, Ari. Ari, This is Luke my cousin who always annoy me when we're little." Seems like Bailey wanted to destruct the handsome man coz he cant take away his eyes from me. I dont know what's going on inside his head till he turn to Bailey, exchanged glances and so on.

"Hi. welcome to Thunderwood, Ari. My name is Lucas Jake. Just Luke." He said while offering a hand shake.

"Arya Edwards." Is said while reaching for his hand.

He held my hand for I dont know how long and kept staring at me while I am staring at my hand trying to pull it but instead I just turned to bailey to give a 'can you tell him to released my hand, please' look.

"Hey luke, relax. dont scare Ari to death." Bailey said.

Thankfully, She got what I was thinking.

"Im so sorry, didn't notice that I was holding you that long." He said and I know that he felt embarrassed

"It's okay." I muttered

"Uggh, Im hungry. Can I join you guys? Bailey didn't even invited me to eat. you know how to break my heart now, huh!" Luc said jokingly. I know its Luke but Luc is much more easier to pronounce.

I noticed that there's no other vacant chair except the one beside me. He then turn to walked toward that empty chair and said "Can I sit beside you, Ari?"

"Sure." I said with a small smile on the corner of my lips.

When We're all done eating, everyone in the house has their own task on cleaning the kitchen. so since me and bailey are visitors we went to our room to clean ourselves. Then Bailey inform me that she'll go talk with her cousin Luke because they have a lot to catch up with since they're very closed among others.

I begun to unpack my things. I chose a my pair of red sleepwear. pajama and long sleeve tops. Get my towel and head to the bathroom. After cleaning myself, I started to inspect the bed. Well, this is one of my personality. I inspect everything before going to sleep. Im just cautious about my surrounding. This room is huge compare to my apartment but my room back in Millwood is bigger than this considering that I am the only child to my parents. Well, It's also a hobbies of me to think about them till I fall asleep. Compared to my room back in Millwood this one is surrounded by windows. I am not a fan of open area glad that it is covered with thick curtains.

I lay on the bed till I fall asleep.

'No, dont hurt me please. I will not tell anyone about you just please dont hurt me!'

I suddenly woke up. Oh, I was dreaming again. And now a Werewolf. The big dog is chasing me. I just mention the word Werewolf earlier to Bailey and now im dreaming about them. I really need to seek medical attention. Im tired of dreaming about everything.

I looked at the clock hanging on the wall and it's 6am. I quickly stand up from the bed, went to the bathroom and performed my morning routine. changes my clothes and go down the stairs. but it seems that nobody's awake yet. I go to the kitchen to have a coffee. Coffee is everything to me. Maybe just like blood to the Vampires. Oh I dont want to mention any of this supernatural, they will just haunt me in my sleep.

When I finishes my coffee I went to my room but something caught my attention. The painting. The biggest painting that hang on the wall near the main door. A beautiful women wearing Victorian attire. She must be Bailey's ancestor. This painting is really familiar to me. maybe I have dream about this before. Well its not new to me that if I dream about something it will happen eventually in reality. I know, if somebody knows about this maybe they will mistaken me as fortune teller. ugh.

Suddenly, the door burst open and a man around 30's came in calling, "Olivia!" then turned to my direction, "You must be Bailey's friend."

"Yes, father This is Ari, bailey's friend. Ari, my Father, Jackson."Luke said, I didn't even noticed that he entered the house with his father and not just two of them, they have other two companions.

"Ari, Michael and Matthew. they're twins." Luke introduces the other two.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, young lady."Luke's father said smiling while offering a handshake. I offers mine also, "It's a pleasure to meet you too, Sir." I managed to say while remembering where I saw this man coz he really looks familiar." Have you visited Millwood city before?" I asked.

"Yeah, been residing in Millwood, 20 years ago. Staying with a good friend in Edgerton's Mansion. Why did you ask?" Jackson said. He looks like a nice person but there's something in his voice when he spoke. like he is always commanding or ordering something. Did he served in a military. He stayed in Edgertons? that' my grandfathers place from my mum's side. 20 years ago? that means Im still in my mum's womb but why is he familiar? Oh self, dont tell me you can see the outside world while you were still inside the uterus.

"Ari! Something wrong in Millwood?" Luke asked while chuckling. I was so deep in thought that I forgot to answer Jackson's question.

"Sorry. Your father looks familiar that's why I asked." I answered but Jackson already left with two guys heading to the room where bailey to told me that room is a Library. "Oh right. You're from Millwood." Luke said.

"Yep! So, im gonna go upstairs." I responded. Luke just nod.

When I arrived at the room, my mind is occupied with Luke's father. Where did exactly I saw him that he really looks familiar. Till I just decided to let it go.maybe its one in my dream again. If Bailey's woke up she will gonna tour me around the city and i get excited to that.
