Razor’s POV
She is sitting on the bed in the room we got her in the pack house. She seems a bit nervous, rubbing her knees together the whole time. “We don’t need to do this tonight.” we are trying to make her feel comfortable.
“No, I want to. I never felt this way about someone before. I want to do this. It’s just...” she looked down. Her face is red.
Is she embarrassed? About what? She is cute. I want to mark her. Goddess, give me the strength to stay calm. I know the twins can feel my impulse to dominate our mate. I can feel them pushing me back in their mind, trying to control me. This is a normal occurrence for us. They fight against me regularly.
“I never had a guy in the bed before. I don’t have the experience.” she finally looked up, and hearing we will be her first was the best news I have ever heard. We will be her first and her only!
“What is wrong with your eyes?” She looked at us. Feels like her eyes can see me inside them.
“We are just struggling with Razor.” they responded and I feel them pushing me back stronger this time.
“Razor? The two-headed wolf I saw on the cliff?” She smiled at us. Her eyes were full of wonder and acceptance.
“Yes, that was him. He is just so happy to have found you finally. Just as we are.” they are always this nice to me. They will always include me in things. This is how we build our bond the way it is now.
“Oh, so your eyes go black when he is in charge?” She is not even scared right now. She is brave and strong. She is perfect.
“Yes, but we are trying to keep him calm. We don’t want you to be angry with us. If you are sure, we will continue.” they took the spaces next to her. Each took a hand and kissed the back of them. She giggled at the touch of our lips.
“Just be gentle.” she asked shyly and the two made eye contact before pushing her onto her back.
The next Morning
None of us can focus on the paperwork we need to do. We need to look at the plans that the builders have made to make houses in the trees. We gave them the idea right after the welcoming was done. We want to be with our mate. We want her in our arms again. This is frustrating.
Suddenly we hear screams from the second floor. What can that be? What is going on?
“Alpha! It is Luna!” An omega shouted at me in the mind-link. They sound scared. I need to act. What has gotten into her? She was okay last night.
“Silver, get Casandra here!” We gave my beta the order and stood up. We walked out of our office and saw five wolves being thrown against the walls close to them. Did she do that? Goddess, our mate is amazing, but we can not allow her to leave.
“Stop!!” We shouted, causing everyone in the room to freeze on the spot. Many go down to one knee. Surrendering to us. Our mate on the other hand is still standing. How is that possible?
Even if she is strong and Luna. She is not supposed to be this strong against us.
“Why aren't the blockers working!” We couldn’t help but shout again. We saw Casandra coming through the doors.
“I don’t know, my Kings. Let me check quickly!” Casandra moved to our mate. She took our mate’s right arm.
“They are drained. But how?” Casandra is surprised and I can feel her fear starting to wake up. The next moment we feel our mate break free from our command, lifting Casandra in the air. She may be tiny and still growing, but she sure is strong.
“Stop it!” We shouted again. Forcing her to let Casandra go. Why is she like this? What happened? This is not right. Something is wrong. For now, we should keep the damage under control until we can find out what happened.
“You are going to give me a hard time. Casandra, how can the bracelet be drained so quickly? Didn’t we put them on last night after the escape attempt?” Only Marcus spoke this time.
What? Why only him? What is going on with Lucas? I can feel him being concerned for our mate.
“Yes, we did give them new ones. I can not see how this was possible.” Casandra responded, but my focus is on Lucas. He feels hurt. This is new. This never happened before. They are feeling different things at this moment. Marcus is concerned about the pack and Lucas is about our mate.
We let our Beta and Gamma come and take their mates. They seem to be remembering what happened since they are going willingly with them. We saw one of Casandra’s pupils coming in with a new bracelet.
“This will get drained too. Start the timer.” our mate is being very hostile. Why?
“Enough!” we can’t take this anymore. It is as if she is a different person this morning. And it hurts. It seems that the blockers worked just after she broke free again, turning to us. Her eyes are not glowing anymore or have that spark in them. And she does not recognize us. What happened to her? Should we tell her who we are again? Should we share what we are again? It does seem that she does not remember anything from last night.
“We are the Alpha Kings. We are the kings of the werewolves.” we spoke and something in her eyes changed.
She seems fascinated with us. We did not see that in her eyes yesterday. This is new.
“We share a soul.” we added. We can see in her eyes that she is curious about us. This is giving us a bit of hope. “Will you be calm now so that we can talk and explain what is going on?” We asked and her eyes suddenly changed again. To anger. What did we do wrong? Why do we feel this way? Why do we feel guilty? We have nothing to feel guilty about! What is happening!?
“Why would I want to talk? You are the enemy!” These words hurt. Why are we the enemy? She loved us last night. Why the sudden hate?
“You have no choice. We have already completed the mating ritual. You have been marked by us and there is nothing you can do about it.” we cannot let her go, knowing she hates us. We need to let her stay here until we know what happened.
“I don’t accept this. I don’t accept the two of you!” She declared.
Oh, Goddess, this hurts. She does not accept us? But why? Was last night just a dream or a way for her to trick us?
“You can not force me to love you! I am not yours!!” She added. Causing us more pain.
Enough of this! She will not get away from us! She is our mate, and we will do anything to keep her close to us!
