My chest tightened as Gabriel's words replayed slowly in my head.
"Something important."
"My friends."
I took a few steps backward but he did not move towards me, instead he gestured me to follow him.
"See for yourself." He said.
A thousand thoughts ran wild in my mind. What could have possibly happened with Ethan and Maya? Did it have something to do with Adrian? Or my mum? Or Jordan?
"Where are you taking me to?" I asked, trying to steady my voice and blindly follow him.
