"Are you serious?"
Claire walked with me to Professor Larry's office. I let Daniel know my release would be delayed because I was detained. He didn't respond, which surprised me. But I stopped texting him because I figured he was probably just busy.
When I told Claire what I thought, she couldn't believe it, so that's how she responded to what I said.
"Who's her man?" Claire whispered to me. "Wouldn't it be Sir Larry? They are always together, aren't they?"
"I hope so, and I will try to find a way for him and his wife to catch him."
"Are you going to do that? Don't interfere."
"I want to get involved," I said while smiling.
"Bad girl," Claire said to me. I didn't answer, but instead, I just smiled. "Go in, and use your charm, so you don't have to stay in detention too
