Chapter 5

Rose pov

“So did you like the apartment?” Keira asks me. The house is great but all I think is Dean's proposal.

“Yes is great and in a great location”

“But?” Keira looks at me like she knows something.

“It’s just... last night my boyfriend asked me to live with him. And he caught me unprepared.”

“That’s sweet”

“Yeah, the thing is we are as a couple only one month together.”

“But you told me that you have known him since a little girl.”

“Yes, but he always was my best friend's older brother. Something elusive. I never thought he would notice me. I didn't know that he felt the same as me. And now everything looks so good to be true "She stops walking and looks at me

"Did you tell him that?" I sigh

"I told him to think about it for a few days and he told me that even if I decided he would accept it and wait. I want to live with him but I am afraid." I tell her and she looks at me

"Look. If I were you I would do it. You have nothing to lose. If you don't fit in with him, you will move on, and so will he. You are both adults. Ten years ago I let the love of my life go because I was afraid to take the step. Now I regret it. I will never know the answer because I didn't dare to go with him "I look at her and she looks sad

"Keira, I didn't know"

"Thank you, I hope everything goes well for you" She gives me a sad smile and we leave. I'm going home to get ready for the night. I found Diana at home, I told her the news and she was happy. Not that we will leave her house but because we will go to ours. Ours, it seems to me like yesterday that I was looking at Dean from afar in the White's courtyard. And now he wants us to stay together. Like a dream come true!

I ended up with a black A-line dress.

With v neck and short sleeve. Diana wore a black floral dress in pink and red. Dean came later and wore black pants with a blue shirt. So sexy. We left for the coffee bar. The evening went very well. There were a lot of people and they were happy with the place. I stayed up late to help Dean finish together.

"Thank you for the photographers "

"Keira arranged it. It's part of the deal. Wherever I go there must be a photographer," I tell Seth.

"I was happy to come," I say and Dean comes out of the kitchen.

"Everything is ready. Shall we go?" they clean the space and we leave for the house.

"Do you have time tomorrow?" I ask him

"I will go to the cafe in the afternoon. Why?"

"I want us to go see the house you were talking about," I tell him and he looks at me. Then he looks at the road.

"Do you mean that?"

"Yes. If I like it ok. Otherwise, we have to find something else" he brings my hand to his lips and I see him smiling.

“So that means that we will live together?”

“If you still want it”

"We can go in the morning. I'll get the key from Seth."

"Wonderful"

"Love you"

"I love you too baby," I say and caress his hair. I can’t wait.

The next morning I wake up earlier and prepare breakfast

“When you said you and my brother moving?” Diana says when she enters the kitchen

“Good morning to you too”

“Morning. Sorry, I haven't slept much. I guess my brother leaves us both without sleeping”

“Oh, Di I'm sorry I was too loud?”

“No problem Rose. I'm happy that my brother gives you pleasure but is not cool to hear my brother have s*x”

“Today we will see the house”

“You are the best for Dean you know that right?” she says and I smile

“Thanks. I am glad that you don't have a problem with this”

“Why do have a problem? You are great for each other” she says and I smile.
