The fight—if you could call it that—only lasted for a few seconds. Becca lost all sense of time. Her forearm struck one of the men"s throats. The shockwave was intense and immediate. Her other fist flipped up into the underside of the man"s chin, and her left leg scuffed the street as it hooked up into a roundhouse kick into the man behind her. The second man staggered backward, and Becca used his weakened body like a springboard, kicking off his chest and jumping into a kick that landed square in the first man"s nose. He fell like a woodblock tower. The second man wobbled and fell to his knees in surrender. Suddenly, two hands grabbed her from behind and she was in a half Nelson.
