(In the courtyard)
Theo's POV
"Fetch the horse, lad!" one of the guards commanded.
I hurried to capture the horse before it escapes the stable once more.
Glancing around, I observed everyone diligently working for the party being hosted.
I raised my eyes to see the young master who arrived yesterday issuing instructions to specific guards. Though we appear to be of similar age, I dare not compare myself to such nobility.
"Hey, you!" I received a sharp blow to the head from the same guard who tasked me with retrieving the horse. My distraction led to losing the horse and receiving a kick to the shin.
"Sir... the horse... it fled..." I stuttered, struggling to articulate my words.
"Useless individual, what value do you bring?"
"Hey, lads!" I sensed trouble brewing as the guards summoned their comrades.
Having endured enough turmoil the previous night, facing more today seemed unbearable.
"Please, Sir Gerald, I never intended for this outcome," I pleaded, dropping to my knees.
"I'll... I'll... I'll venture into the forest and retrieve the horse, I'll do anything, please, Sir Gerald."
"What's happening, Gerald?" a guard inquired.
"This troublesome fellow always finds trouble," Sir Levert remarked with a smile.
Glancing up, I noticed the familiar company Sir Gerald associates with.
"Elijah! Wood! Escort him to the stable."
"Sir Gerald, please... I'll comply, not today, please," I implored tearfully.
They cast me into the stable, where I realized the horses were absent. Despite my tearful pleas, Sir Elijah and Wood sought their own amusement.
"Peasant!" Sir Elijah bellowed, delivering a blow to my abdomen.
"This useless individual believes he's important just because the king discovered him lurking behind the palace walls and brought him here!" they taunted amidst laughter.
"Come on, gentlemen, are you going to enjoy yourselves without me?" Sir Gerald interjected.
"Sir, please... I... just release me..." I begged through the pain.
"You claimed you would do anything, if you wish to depart, then provide me with pleasure," Sir Gerald stated without hesitation.
"Sir... anything but that, please..." I pleaded.
"If you're not willing, Wood, proceed."
"I'll... I'll... I'll do it," I agreed without hesitation.
"Then get to it, gentlemen, give the poor man some space."
I crawled towards him, lowered his trousers, and took his member into my mouth.
"Oh, you certainly know how to use your mouth for more than just begging," Sir Gerald moaned with urgency.
I continued, swallowing as much as I could to endure.
I couldn't continue as Sir Gerald began choking me.
He flung me to the ground as I struggled for breath.
"Imbecile, that's your only talent. Once you're done lying there, go find the horse, maybe even suck its member," Sir Gerald jested as he tidied himself up.
I finally located the horse in the forest eating. I suppose the horse simply desired to be free, much like myself.
Then finally returned to my quarters to freshen up. I simply retired to my bed to unwind while they prepared for the celebration.
Heard they were hosting a Manor party to commemorate the young master's arrival. I had heard he was a respectable individual. Not as if I have encountered many admirable ones these days.
My stomach rumbled with a "Grrrrrgrrrrrrr". Reality dawned on me that I haven't ingested anything today
"Damn it," I cursed.
I made my way to the kitchen to procure something to eat, as I anticipated no one would be in the 3rd kitchen by now.
I took some rice and curry to hastily prepare myself a curry masala dish.
"Why are you here all alone?"
I turned to see the Young Master and promptly bowed my head.
"I apologize, young master, I noticed the kitchen was vacant so I decided to make use of it."
"Why not utilize the main kitchen and lift your head when I am addressing you!" Lord Darrick commanded.
"My kind is not permitted to cook in that prestigious kitchen and I...I......I am sorry if I have displeased you, my Lord." I replied as I raised my head.
His stature, his figure with his slicked-back hair is so impeccable. No wonder, most of the maids are eager to serve him.
"It's the aroma that drew me down here, it reminded me of one of the chefs that cooked for me around the northern walls. You cook well," he complimented.
I smiled, at least what they say about him is true.
"Lord Darrick, we must depart," I heard one of the royal attendants call.
"I hope to see you at the party, it's for everyone," Lord Darrick said with such enthusiasm.
With my head bowed, I watched him walk out of the room.
No one has ever been this kind to me before, except one person.
