Control Over Your Body

{°Edited°}                ::Davina's POV::    The past week has surely been something to get used to. This house is full of nothing but men, so I'm the only woman other than Emilia, but she's only five. God, Princess must be losing her mind without me. Who is going to stop her now from making stupid mistakes?      The food the men make in this household is not only gross, but also very unhealthy, so I've been cooking the last three days cause I couldn't take any more of it. I've found that cooking relaxes me as much as it possibly can.     Most of the time, Sin is in his office doing work, out of the house running shipments and making sure his men don't mess anything up or spending time with his daughter. I admire the fact that despite how crazy busy he always seems to be, he makes time for Emmy. I wonder what happened to her mother.      "Davina," Sin says, coming into the room that is now mine without knocking. I jump in surprise, looking away from the window. He chuckles at my jumpiness. "Get your shoes on, I'm taking you somewhere," he tells me. My eyes widen.     "Somewhere? As in...out of the house?" I ask, trying not to let my hopes get too high.     "That's exactly what I mean," he says. "But if you try getting away from me-"    "I won't, I promise," I say, rushing to him and taking his hands in mine while pleading. I haven't left this house once since I arrived. The farthest I've gone is the backyard.      "Okay, just get your shoes on and meet me out front," he says. I nod, nearly running to the closet and getting my flats on. I run outside, meeting him in front as he said. He opens his car door for me. This is a different car from the last one.       "A different car?" I ask in surprise.     "Yeah, I can't always be driving the same one unless it would be easy for people to spot me," he explains. Well, that makes sense. I get in and buckle myself as he runs around the car to get in on drivers side. "You ready to get out for a little bit?" He asks with a grin. I nod frantically, excited to get away even if I have to come back sooner than later.     "Very much so," I say, sighing as he starts to drive down the driveway that seems to go on for miles. This house is obviously very very secluded.  "Where are we going?" I ask.     "A shooting range."     "A what?"     ××××××          Sin holds my hand as we make our way to the back of the range where no one is. My hands shake at the sight of so many guns in one place. He doesn't seem at all fazed by any of this, which scares me. How can he manage a life that's so full of danger and death?      He picks up a smaller sized gun and demonstrates how to stand and hold it. "Focus on your target, block out everything around you," he instructs before pulling the trigger, it hits dead center. I hate that out found that insanely attractive. "You try."     He hands me the gun and I hesitantly stand in front do him, my body almost pressed against his. He grabs my hips, putting me in the position that's needed and adjusts my arms. "Now focus," he says. "Imagine it's your worst enemy, someone who did you completely wrong. Someone you wouldn't care if they got hurt. Someone you would want dead." Him saying such things sends a chill down my spine.      I pull the trigger, missing completely. "I don't have any enemies," I tell him. He chuckles, helping me with my stance again.      "Keep going," he says. "We're not leaving until you hit the target at least once today and I have more things planned for us."      ×××××         It took two hours, but I finally managed to hit the target a few times. I hate to say that I grew to enjoy the way the gun felt in my hand. It gave me a sense of power and independence. I've been scared of guns my whole life and they were suddenly making me feel strong.      "Thank you," I tell Sin as soon as he gets in the car.     "For what?" He asks.     "Taking me out of the house," I answer. "It feels good to be out, feels like I'm normal again." He sighs, letting his hands slide off the starting wheel.     "You're still normal, baby girl. I don't know how to apologize more about bringing you into all of this," he says. "It was never my intention. I shouldn't have to take you a f*****g shooting range, so you can learn how to defend yourself when I'm not around. The thought of you-" he trails off.     "The thought of me what?"     "The thought of you not making it to even see your seventeenth birthday makes me sick to stomach cause I know it would be my fault. I'm doing everything in my power to make sure you get to that point and far beyond."      Our eyes stay glued for a few minutes after he's done talking. I don't think I can get tired of staring at his. Hardly ever can I tell if they're really light green or just grey; I think they change, but I can't be sure.      "You said you had more planned?" I ask, breaking our silence. If not, things would get awkward and I don't want that. He clears his throat, looking down.     "Yeah," he says. "I have to attend a bawl for the leaders. Very important men will be there and it's a great opportunity to make deals with other leaders for partnership. I want you to come with me."     He never ceases to amaze me. "Sin, I don't know if you haven't realized because of how busy you are, but I don't have anything to wear to a bawl." He grins, his eyes lighting up.     "I have that covered."     ××××××  I stare down at my bed in shock. I'm not sure if it's the dress or the risque lingerie that's laying here that has me so tongue-tied. The dress is breathtaking, while the black lingerie is very...interesting.      "Do you like it?" Sin asks. I almost forgot he was still here. I turn around, my face red.     "I do, very much, but there is no way I can accept this. This must have been way more the fifty dollars, therefore it's way too expensive to be on my body," I tell him. Again with that damn sexy chuckle; I wish he would stop with that already.     "Get used to it," he says. "Yes, it was way way more than fifty dollars, but the company I got it from donates most of the profit to charity, so it's for a good cause. And it will look amazing on you."     I look back down. "Thank you again, but did you really have to choose the...lingerie?" He licks his bottom lip, smirking. Ugh, why does he have to be so handsome?       "It was just something a little extra that I thought would be fun," he says. "Now, I'm going to excuse myself while you get ready. If you need help, you know where to find me, the men are out right now, so don't be worried anyone will-"    "I know, thank you, Sin."      ××××××          He's right, the dress does look amazing on me and that's something I don't say very often. I know I'm not hideous or the prettiest, but this dress makes me feel like it. I did my hair up in a bun with a few stray hairs and light makeup since I never learned how to do anything flashy.      I walk out of the room, searching for Sin so he can zip up the back of the dress. The sound of movement in one of the rooms that is a closet lets me know he's in there. I knock gently on the open door, watching as he fixed his tie in front of the full-length mirror.      His suit fits his body perfectly, hugging his muscles and complimenting him perfectly. "Wow," he says when he turns and looks at me. I feel my face heat up almost immediately.     "Can you zip up the back?" I ask. He nods, walking over and helping me. His calloused knuckles brush against my skin as he draws the zipper up. I shiver, taking a deep breath. I turn back towards him, smiling softly.       "Sit down for a second, I have to do one last thing," he says. I do as told. He grabs a gun from the table making me tense. Now I'm scared of them again. He kneels down in front of me and lifts my dress up. I lay my hands down, stopping him. "I'm not going to do anything," he says. I move them away and let him continue. His cold fingers brush against the line if my thin underwear. He lifts at the side a little and places the gun there. "Now stand."     I do as told, the fun not slipping at all. "Am I going to need that tonight?" I ask him. He brushes the stray piece of hair out of my face and behind my ear.      "Hopefully not, but if so, we can be Bonnie and Clyde." I giggle, blushing even harder. He offers me his arm. "Shall we?" I nod, grabbing my handbag. I loop my arm through his and walk with him to the elevator. I don't know why we have to go up to the garage, but I can only guess.      "You look beautiful," he says, standing in front of me again. I smile.     "Thank you, you look great yourself," I say. He steps closer, tilting my chin up with his index and middle fingers. I gasp as he starts leaning down. "What are you doing?"      "Seeing the effect I have on you," he says. I swallow down on nothing, hard. His lips just barely brush against mine. "I have control over your body." I close my eyes as he finally kisses me.     I'm paralyzed from shock, but soon wrap my arms around his neck. He pulls back, looking my eyes with a glint of...something.      "Let's go." What the hell just happened?    AN: Just one long ass chapter. I really hope you guys enjoyed.
